Wednesday, August 3, 2005 PAWTUCKET MOTHER-TO-BE ORGANIZES RED
CROSS INFANT & CHILD CPR PARTY
WHAT Move over Tupperware, CPR is the new reason for
this mother-to-be to gather her girlfriends for the evening. Lisa Davis and several of her friends will gather for a party and also get certified in Infant and Child CPR.
WHO
Davis, a Pawtucket mother of 4½ and 2½ year olds, is expecting her third child in December 2005.
WHY Davis signed up for CPR several years ago when her oldest son was on the way, but
he was born three weeks early, so she missed the class. "I decided to have a CPR party because if it's at my own house, I'll be sure to make it," Davis says. "I
invited my girlfriends, and some of them are even bringing their husbands and nannies."
WHEN Tuesday, August 9, 2005 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Video/audio/photo opportunities during entire event.)
