RICHARD TULIS Interim CEO As Chief Executive Officer for the RI Red Cross, Richard oversees all aspects of the
RI Chapter. He works closely with the Board of Directors and is focused on raising funds within our community, particularly with our corporate partners.
ROBERT CARNEY Finance Director Bob is responsible for all aspects of the Red Cross finances, including investments,
budgeting, and compliance. He also reports regularly to our national office in Washington, DC on the fiscal performance of our Chapter.
ANGIE MONCADA Director of Communications & Special Events Responsible for all media and public relations, as well as publicity, for the American
Red Cross of Rhode Island. Manages all press releases, the Red Cross website, quarterly newsletter, annual report and other written materials produced by the
Chapter. Oversees special events and other fundraising activities for the chapter as well, and works with area companies to secure corporate support for these events.
Provides promotional and marketing support for all areas of the Red Cross, including Health & Safety courses and Emergency Service activities. You may also request
the director to speak as a Red Cross representative at a corporate or community group presentation.
DIANE HOLDEN Chief Development Officer Diane oversees fundraising for the Chapter, including Annual Fund gifts, planned
giving, direct mail, and major gifts. She also facilitates all gift annuities, bequests, stock gifts, charitable remainder trusts and other forms of planned gifts. Please call

SHEILA KEENAN Armed Forces Emergency Services Caseworker
NICK LOGOTHETS Director Emergency Services Nick manages all aspects of the emergency services department, including Red
Cross response to house fires, weather emergencies and other disaster situations. Nick recruits and trains disaster volunteers. He also works closely with the Rhode
Island Emergency Management Agency and the Emergency Managers from each of Rhode Island's 39 cities and towns on all state-wide safety initiatives, including
Citizen Corps. Nick teaches disaster training courses to new volunteers and oversees the scheduling of disaster volunteers for on-call disaster response.
Nick also leads our Armed Forces Emergency Services (AFES) program that
connects members of the armed forces who are serving abroad with loved ones back home. Nick presents "Get To Know Us Before You Need Us" classes to service
people and their families when troops are deployed to educate them about the American Red Cross services available to them when they are on active duty.
NORMAN MENARD Deputy Director of Disaster Services Norman Menard has been appointed as Deputy Director of Disaster Services for the
American Red Cross of Rhode Island. Norm oversees Disaster Action Team (DAT) responsibilities in Providence and Kent County, as well as assisting with all other disaster-related activities throughout RI.

LORI SHARBUNO Manager of Community Health and Safety Services Lori oversees the Health & Safety program and coordinates all of our community
classes in CPR, First Aid, Babysitting, and Automatic External Defibrillation. She is also responsible for our Aquatics Program, including water safety for children and
lifeguarding. Responds to routine customer inquiries including designated course, program and product pricing, availablity, delivery and general information.
